Rare antique rubber squeaky toy baby boy doll sleeping blue outfit

Rare old rubber squeaky toy doll of a baby boy sleeping in permanent blue colored pj's.
Eyes are closed. Measures 10" long. Marked Patent pending with no company name. Dates to the very earliest days of rubber squeak toys. Molded with unusually fine detail with white buttons down the front and a pocket.
The face has kissable red painted lips painted on,  brown hair that swoops up to top center.  Rubber is remarkably well preserved for the age, but has a haze of dirt all over. It may come off and i may get it off before its sold. I just dont want to ruin it. Rubber is thick and there are no holes, tears or cracks. No dryness or crackling. All fingers are there. Very supple and easily squeezes to a strong whistle sound.
