HUGE circa 1920 Children's Doll or Kids Playhouse - Must See

This is a vintage circa
1920 Real Photo Postcard of a Huge doll or play house for children.
See the dress of the people in it. And I would assume the builder is in the upper left corner of the image. Unless they were rich and just bought it. Imagine the time it took to build this. It has not been mailed.
There is some minor edge wear.  See the images.  There is a crease in the upper left corner, but not as bad as it appears. The lighting highlights it.
Just downsizing.  I have had this item for many years.
This item will be well packaged and shipped First Class in the U.S. at a cost to the high bidder of .50. It will be in a protective sleeve.
