Danese Milano 1962 Enzo Mari vintage stainless steel letter opener made in Italy

At the Assistance League of Bellingham we received an estate donation with this unusual letter opener, like a double ended knife but with a twist like a propeller blade.  It's stamped Danese Milano 1962 Enzo Mari and is 8 1/4 inches long.  A little cleaning and polishing and it should look wonderful.  Has been used, but not been abused!  Please look at the photos and ask any questions, thanks.
