This is a vintage circa
1925 Real Photo Postcard of a two Black children from Welch, W. Virginia.
It has not been mailed.
There is minor edge wear and discoloration on the back side.
Just downsizing.  I have had this item for many years.
This item will be well packaged and shipped First Class in the U.S. at a cost to the high bidder of .75. It will be in a protective sleeve.
