Big Vintage Kuchi Square Pendant Beautiful Tribal Jewelry (#8713)

Description

Large and beautiful vintage Kuchi square pendant. This is about 5.4" long by 3.75" wide - quite big. The glass settings are green and red - traditional colors of Afghanistan. One of the teardrop-shaped settings is a replacement but most of the others, including the small ones, appear original. The bails all have a flower pattern which isn't overly bent or misshapen. The dangles are a mix of hearts and stylized hamsa. The hamsa have a bit of a rust surface. They make a quiet sound with movement to ward off the evil eye. The metal is aged and worn but not overly warped or dented. Gorgeous piece! Fairly heavy - this weighs 4.7 ounces.
